Mark D. Holman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Holman has served as President and CEO of Datafied since 1993 when he founded
the company. Since that time he has built Datafied into an industry leader in document
retrieval and management, with agents across the nation and over 200 employees.
It was his commitment to developing a proprietary 100% secure, scalable and HIPAA
compliant network that has fostered this growth. He designed Datafied to meet the
data management and retrieval needs of companies, who value the immediacy of the
web and the security of HIPAA compliance. Mr. Holman has over 22 years experience
in record retrieval and is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton University. In addition
to Datafied, Mr. Holman also founded OrderMedicalRecords.com, allowing consumers
to retrieve their family’s medical history quickly and securely online. Outside
of the office he enjoys coaching high school basketball and spending time with his
wife and son.
Darren S. Testa
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Testa has served as our Operating Officer since December 2008. Previously Mr.
Testa was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Live On The Go, an
online ordering community for take out food, which he co-founded. In 2005, Mr Testa
co-founded Direct Practice, an integrated medical facility that allows doctors the
ability to share common resources. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Testa served in various
capacities, including most recently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial
Officer of American DataMed. American DataMed was a national document management
company with over $20 million in revenue, 17 offices and more than 200 employees
when the company was sold in 2005 to the largest competitor due to American Datamed’s
superior technology. At American DataMed, Mr. Testa designed and developed the first
widely accepted web-based application and fully integrated solution that revolutionized
the way law firms and insurance companies order, track, receive and pay for documents.
In 2005 similar web-based applications accounted for more than 75% of the entire
industry compared to 1999 when this process was first developed and accounted for
less than one percent.
Kathy Keen
Vice President Audit Division, RN
Ms. Keen is a Registered Nurse who serves as the HEDIS Senior Project Manager. Following her fifteen years of
direct patient care in the acute care setting she transitioned to managed care and worked for various health plans in
the areas of Utilization Management, Case Management, and Quality Management. She has over ten years of HEDIS
experience in all lines of business, including Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare. Kathy also brings a history of
senior management leadership skills to the Datafied team and works to make each client’s HEDIS experience a
successful one.
